Renowned for its cutting-edge machining and optical replication technologies, the company collaborates with major international players in these fields.

To strengthen its team, the company is looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Your Mission

As a Senior Project Manager,you will manage end-to-end manufacturing projects for international clients. You are responsible for planning, technical coordination, procurement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines. You also act as a point of reference for other Project Managers. Your expertise in precision manufacturing allows you to anticipate risks, challenge technical solutions, define operating procedures, and ensure project success.

Location: on site.

Your Tasks

  • Supervise design (CAD, CAM) and manufacturing operations (machining, replication, metrology) and establish operating procedures.
  • Guide and support the manufacturing team with your technical expertise, participating in process development.
  • Perform complex metrology operations when required.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to production deadlines.
  • Optimize production processes.
  • Support commercial activities by providing technical knowledge and recommendations.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or aerospace disciplines.
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machining methods (turning, milling, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of mathematical programming (Matlab, Python, etc.).
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English.
