To strengthen its team, the company is looking for a Production Operator.

Your Mission

As a Production Operator,you actively contribute to the manufacturing of optical components for advanced technological applications. You perform a variety of production tasks, following clear instructions and established procedures.

You carry out simple manual and mechanical operations (molding, cleaning, packaging, etc.) as well as using machines or tools programmed by our technicians. Your precision, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness ensure the flawless quality of the parts delivered to our clients.

Your Tasks

  • Perform injection molding and compression molding operations.
  • Clean, handle, and package fragile optical components.
  • Execute production programs on designated machines or equipment.
  • Take basic measurements using appropriate tools.
  • Strictly follow provided procedures and operating instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-compliant work environment.
  • Report any anomalies encountered during production.

Your Profile

  • You are meticulous, careful, and follow instructions rigorously.
  • You value precise, clean, and structured work.
  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
  • Prior production experience is a plus but not required, as on-the-job training is provided.
